Casual chino menswear trousers by designer label Dolce & Gabbana in a lightweight cotton twill. Detailed with belt loops, two two slanted side pockets, two welt pockets with buttons at the back. Partially lined.

To avoid disappointment and delays you can only order items that we have in stock.

Our site tells you if an item is out of stock—as all pieces we sell are vintage and therefore unique, we regret to inform that we can't restock the same item. However, if you see something you like that's out of stock, you may contact us with a request to source something similar for you in the future. 


How to Order

When you find a product you want to buy, click the "add to cart" button to add it to your basket.

You will now be taken to your shopping cart. The total cost of items in the basket will be calculated automatically. Remember that shipping is calculated at checkout. 

When you have finished shopping, click the "checkout" link and you will be taken through the simple and secure payment process.

To secure parcel delivery, we advice you to add a phone number to your personal details at time of checkout. This way couriers can send you updates and get in touch with you in case of a failed delivery attempt. This prevents the courier from sending your order back to us. 


Payment Methods

We offer secure shopping and currently accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, American Express), payments via PayPal, iDEAL, Bancontact, Shopify Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. When you check out, you can choose your preferred payment method and follow the simple step-by-step instructions.

Your card details are verified automatically online by Shopify Payments, and are not stored on the site.

Your personal details are kept secure at all times and are not shared with any other companies.


After Ordering

As soon as you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. The email will list the products you have bought, your order total and the billing and delivery address.

Please double-check the information and if anything is wrong, please contact us as soon as possible.

When your order is despatched, you will receive another email with your courier tracking code and a link to the tracking website so you can monitor your delivery.


Canceling & Modyfing Orders

Please be advised that in small instances, we can change your order information within 1-2 days from when you placed the order. Untitled 1991 cannot be held liable for the reimbursement of any shipping costs due to the submission of incorrect shipping details when placing your order. Please ensure you check all shipping details carefully before submitting your order.

Acceptance of your order by us takes place once your order has been shipped from our premises. If you've changed your mind and you'd like to cancel your order before your order has been despatched, any payments made by you will be refunded in full. Please refer to our Returns page if you'd like to cancel your order after it's been despatched.

Shipping & Handling

Untitled 1991 strives to process purchases within 1-3 days of receiving your order during business hours (except weekends). Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons.

We usually ship with UPS, dpd or bpost. In some cases we might pick another courier.

Once your entire order has been dispatched, we'll email you a shipping confirmation with the tracking number.

After that, delivery time within Belgium is 1 business day, within Europe 2-5 business days (or next day delivery with Express Shipping), and to North America 1-5 business days (or 2 business days with Express Shipping). Express Shipping to the United Arab Emirates is 2 business days. Express Shipping to Latin America, South Africa, Russia, Oceania and Asia is 3+ business days. 

Delivery schedules is a best estimate only. Actual delivery times may vary depending on international customs / shipping locations. Untitled 1991 will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.

When estimating package delivery time, please allow time for credit approval, address verification and order processing. 

During holiday seasons please keep in mind that delivery services are busier than usual. This includes shipping orders with speedy delivery in attempts to achieve delivery before Christmas upon request. We recommend for all orders to be placed as soon as possible to avoid any potential shipping delays.



Once your order has been shipped, we send you an email containing a tracking number, which allows you to easily track the progress of your order. Please allow 48-hours from the time your order is first placed, until tracking information is made available. As we ship orders Monday - Friday, tracking details can only be supplied on weekdays.

If you did not receive an email with tracking details or have questions, please feel free to contact us. 


Wrong Deliveries

We all sometimes get things wrong and bending over backwards to put things right, we feel is the mark of a truly good company. If you have received the wrong order, please get in touch with us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of your received item so we can confirm our mistake and offer you a refund or replacement. 


Damaged Deliveries

We do our best to ensure that our products are wrapped sufficiently to survive its journey to you but we do have to rely on third party companies to deliver your goods to you and breakages unfortunately can happen from time to time.

If you receive a damaged item caused by delivery from us, please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this may cause you. 

Once goods are accepted from the courier and signed for, no responsibility can be taken by Untitled 1991 for any loss or damage. In the unusual event that your item arrives damaged, please do not accept the delivery and contact us immediately to inform us with your order number and ideally a photo of the damage. You may ask for the item(s) to be repaired (with shipping charges at own cost) or a price reduction of 10%. 


Delayed or Failed Deliveries 

If there is a problem with the item during transit, you can contact our customer support desk. 

Delivery schedules is a best estimate only. We try to deliver our goods no later than 30 days from the day you've placed an order though, but this may take longer from time to time especially during holidays and big promotion events such as Black Friday where delivery services are busier than usual. In this case we will inform you that your delivery is delayed with another reasonable deadline for delivery. Untitled 1991 will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.

We recommend for all orders to be placed as soon as possible to avoid any potential shipping delays. 

If you still do not receive your parcel after the additional given deadline, please contact us as soon as possible at for a refund. For orders outside the EU: we are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. We can therefore not be made liable for delays or non-delivery. For further details, please contact your local customs office. 

If your package is lost in transit we will do everything we possibly can to assist you. We are not responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated. We cannot be made liable for non-delivery in this case.


Customs & Taxes 

The price displayed on our site are tax-free in Euro. As for now we do not charge you with VAT on our products. 

For orders outside the EU: 

Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office.

Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. 

We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.

Cancelling Your Order

You can change your mind about your purchase and we'll refund the cost. To cancel your order you must inform us by email. If you cancel your order before your order has been despatched, any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 14 calendar days of receiving your cancellation request. If you cancel your order after your order has been shipped from our premises, your order will need to be processed as a return (see below). 



We hope you are delighted with your purchase but we do understand that sometimes you will want to return an item. 

If your item(s) from us fails to make the grade contact us as soon as possible at, and make sure you send back your order within 14 calendar days after you received the shipment (for instructions see below) and we will give you a full refund. If the 14th day is a non-working day, your deadline is extended until the next working day. Goods sent back after this date, will not be accepted. When buying several items in one go, which are then sent out separately, the 14 days start when the final item has been delivered.


Non-returnable Goods

We regret to inform you that no order cancellations or returns can be made on the following types of goods: 

  • Intimate or sanitary goods (lingerie and swimwear) 
  • Gift cards 
  • Made-to-measure clothing and personalized goods 
  • Goods specially ordered at the customer's request

Please note that these items are final sale. 


Return Conditions

To return a purchase, your items must meet the following conditions: 

- Be in the exact same condition as was sent to you. Nothing will be accepted if it is damaged, altered, washed or worn. 

- Where applicable, be returned with the original product authenticity tags and textile labels still attached and intact (as was sent to you).

- Be returned from the same country where the order was delivered. 

If this is not the case, we reserve the right not to accept your return, and to send the product back to your address, while the shipment costs will be on your charge.


Instructions for Returns 

Please note that you may not return the goods to us until you let us know in writing that you wish to do so. To complete your return, please email us your order number along with the reason for your return so we can authorize it. If you don't receive an authorization within 3 business days, please send us a follow-up.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your return and are unable to be held liable for the loss of your item(s) being returned.

For non-EU returns read the following instructions with care: 

Please add the required documents for customs clearance to your package. Fill out everything correctly and mark the parcel as "returned goods" or similar. If you fail to do so, customs will charge us with import duties, tax and/or administrative costs. In this case your return may be denied or we'll deduct the charges from your refund. Please note that when these costs end up higher than the value of the returned item(s), your package will be denied. 

Please get in touch with your local customs department, tax agency or postal carrier for more information on the required documentation for returned goods.


Refund of Shipping Costs

Unfortunately, we are unable to refund shipping at this time. 

Remember that all items sold on our website are vintage and therefore usually worn so please factor in realistic, minor wear and tear as described in our product descriptions. All our products have a description showing any flaws reflective of their age and past lives. Please ensure you are aware of the product’s age & condition before ordering. When purchasing from our website you agree to the condition of the clothing and any claims of faulty goods cannot be used to demand a refund of the shipping costs.

Receiving a Refund

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 business days. After that the time period for receiving your refund depends on the form of payment used: 

  • Payments by credit/debit card: please note credit card refunds may take up to ten (10) business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately, we are unable to control this.
  • Payments via PayPal: refunds will be credited to your PayPal account. The actual reimbursement to the credit card associated with your PayPal account depends on the company that issued the card.

When returning goods on which you have received a discount/special offer that offer/discount will no longer apply and will be deducted from the original price.

Taxes & Duties

We ship directly from Europe. No duties will be charged when shipping within the EU.

For orders shipped outside of the EU, please note: we are not responsible for any import taxes and custom duties of the incoming destination and will not be able to offer a refund on any taxes and duties. Should your order be returned to us because taxes and duties have not been paid then this amount will be deducted from any refund that we offer.

If you wish to return merchandise, you may be eligible to receive a refund of duty and taxes from your local customs office. More information can be obtained by contacting your local customs office, tax agency or postal carrier. 


We are currently unable to support exchanges through You can return your original order for a refund and place a new order. Your original order will be refunded once received and inspected and you may place your reorder at any time.
